Weight Watchers update:
week 1: -3.7lbs
week 2: -3.6lbs
week 3: -1.4lbs
week 4: -0.2
total: -8.9lbs
Ok so I didn't reach 10lbs this week but a loss is a loss no matter how small it is. This was a tough week with Mothers day and all. I stayed with in my points all but one day but the foods I was eating were "bad" food and not the normal stuff that I have been eating since I started WW. All I can do is get back on track and get strick this week.
